Aerocore Fortune is a Twitter and Facebook bot that posts insightful aphorisms, clever (and foolish) advice, and a fair share of amusing remarks every hour. These "fortunes" are generated by BSD Fortune. The original @AerocoreFortune Twitter bot was created by Corey Edwards alongside the Aerocore Labs team. It tweets a random fortune to Twitter every hour.

Trivia: Both the Facebook and Twitter variants of the bot run on Aerocore's "R.I.P.L.E.Y." server. The Twitter bot is powered by TTYtter while the Facebook bot is powered by FBCMD. Both bots are triggered via cron jobs. Both bots run in a secure environment are are protected from exploitation.

In Summer 2012 we launched Network Tools - an online collection of utilities to lookup various information about a domain or IP address. Version 0.5 currently only provides information on the visitor's current IP. Version 1.0 is scheduled to add DNS dig, nslookup, whois, and ping tools as well.

urlMnch was originally developed in-house as an open-source URL shortener in 2009. After reaching version 1, the original code was scrapped. The current version is powered by a modified version YOURLS.

R.I.P.L.E.Y. is the more powerful of the pair of servers running at Aerocore. She is named after the mainframe in WarGames: The Dead Code. When she's not serving up files, attempting to crack encryption schemes, or blocking countless attempts to crack into her, she spends her time analyzing radio telescope data for SETI, building a highly accurate three dimensional model of the Milky Way, and researching a cure for cancer.

Albatross is a Debian 6 powered Dell server currently housed in a Tier 3 carrier grade data center located in Tampa who serves this page, along with the variety of projects and services we operate. He utilizes the CloudFlare network to minimize his workload and runs a combination of Nginx, PHP-FastCGI, MySQL, and Node.js

Fueled by a combination of redundant Gigabit ethernet and fiber connections to the entire fleet, Cerebellum is maintains a cloud storage space for our projects while keeping onsite backups of every node on the SYNAPSE network. While the rest of the servers may get a break here and there, everybody is always sending Cerebellum more data to cram into it's ever growing collection of disks. The main Cerebellum node currently houses 3TB of information paired with another 1TB disk for serving movies, music, and television shows across the network.
